"After serving eight years in the Wyoming Legislature, I have decided to not run again and I am formally endorsing Carlin Jones as the Republican candidate for Wyoming House District 28.  The District covers a large area including Shoshoni and Lysite in Fremont County, Hot Springs County, parts of Park and Big Horn Counties.   Carlin is a young rancher from Big Horn County and will represent District 28 in fine fashion."
